C Doctors

Each doctor's email is also their login. A doctor with morning and evening sessions can be added twice, once per session.

D Staff logins

Everyone else who will use the app. Doctors above get a login automatically.

Admin: everything, including settings, users and reports
Receptionist: patients, appointments, token queue, billing
Pharmacist: dispensing and stock (Pharmacy plans)
Accountant: bills, payments, expenses and reports

E Services and fees

We load this standard price list for you. Enter your price only where it differs, and tick "Not offered" for services you don't provide.

F Pharmacy stock (Pharmacy plans only)

We load a starter list of 90 common medicines and consumables with no stock. After you send this form, share your current stock with us: batch numbers, expiry dates, quantities, cost price, MRP and supplier. An Excel export from your billing software or a photo of your stock register is fine. We will contact you on the admin's mobile number to collect it.

The app can remind patients about appointments and follow-ups. WhatsApp and SMS need a business account with the provider. We help you set this up after you go live, and provider charges are billed separately.
